Cancellation Policy

Classes

If a client can no longer attend their booked class, they should cancel via the app as soon as they become aware. If this cancellation is outside 6 hours of the class starting their credit will be returned immediately upon cancelling. If the client cancels within 6 hours of the class commencement time they will lose the credit for the class. If the cancellation is due to unexpected illness or any emergency please contact us regarding a credit.


Memberships (After 01/03/2024)

All memberships commencing 1st March 2024 onwards have a minimum commitment of 10 weeks. All memberships auto-renew, however, can be canceled after the 10-week minimum commitment via written communication with 2 weeks minimum notice.

If you do need to cancel before the 10-week minimum commitment, this will incur a payout that is equal to the remaining balance of the 10-week requirement with an administration fee.

Memberships (Before 01/03/2024)

For those signed up to an existing membership before 1st March 2024, all members are a 6-month contract. If you do need to cancel at any time within the contract, this will incur a payout that is a percentage of the remaining contract sum with an administration fee. 

  • Payout Fees

    • 1 month remaining: 100% of the remaining contract sum

    • 2 months remaining: 95% of the remaining contract sum

    • 3 months remaining: 90% of the remaining contract sum

    • 4 months remaining: 85% of the remaining contract sum

    • 5 months remaining: 80% of the remaining contract sum

    Cancellation Administration Fee: $50.00

    All memberships have a cooling-off period of 1 week from the time of purchase that will not incur the above fees.
